SKY HIGH ARTS
Inspiring you to take your world to new heights
Welcome to Sky High Arts! - Aerial Arts, Dance Trapeze, Community Arts and Circus
Sky High Arts is an aerial dance, community arts and contemporary circus community interest company. We are based in St Ives, Cornwall.
We combine mindfulness with aerial dance, circus, arts and performance into unique classes and projects that will change your life.
We offer weekly public classes for young people, adults and children in static trapeze, silks, rope and hoop. Our classes are designed to get as many people as possible into the air! Our aerial studio is based at The Island Centre, St Ives.
Please see our classes page for details of our current weekly courses.
We have two free-standing trapeze rigs that we can take to your community event or festival for children and young people to 'have a go' and for performances. Please see our outreach and our performance page for more details.
We also run a Youth Teaching Assistant and Performance Training Programme - an in-depth training programme for young people who want to take aerial, circus and performance further.
We believe that aerial dance can change your life - so let us help you get your feet off the ground and take your world to new heights!

Thank you UK Youth Fund!
We were awarded funding from National Lottery to run a project called 'Mind Trapeze'. We ran 20 weeks of free workshops and 4 outdoor community events.
Thank you National Lottery!
We were filmed by Upshot Entertainment and SSE. The documentary was to show what we do, who we benefit, and to show what our funding from SSE was used for! The film is now ready and you can see it in our video section.
