In these session you will learn:
-
The foundations of mindfulness meditation including the breathing meditation and body scan.
-
How to warm-up, stretch, strengthen and care for your body by using elements of yoga, dance, Pilates, coordination exercises and callisthenics.
-
How to safely get onto aerial equipment, gain in confidence in the air, learn moves and sequences and explore how mindfulness can enhance this aerial journey.
